With a clinical focus on women’s health, Dr. Amber frequently engages with hormone, weight, and chronic illness management. She also performs craniosacral therapy, homeopathic treatments, and incorporates mental health care into her practice.

Dr. Amber strives to validate the experiences of her patients and offer solutions that blend both ancient and modern wisdom. By staying up-to-date with the latest research, Dr. Amber integrates new findings with her knowledge of naturopathic, herbal, and Ayurvedic medicines.

Dr. Amber finds delight in being outdoors and connecting with nature through foraging herbs and hiking. She is a fiction-reader, karaoke-lover, and most importantly a real, genuine human.

Dr. Nik Belikoff-Strads, ND

Dr. Nik is our environmental health specialist, which means he examines pollutants in a patient's environment and develops a plan for their optimal vitality. These pollutants can be things like mold, heavy metals, plastics, pesticides, etc., and can be barriers in the healing process.

His approach to environmental health is integrative through embracing lifestyle modifications, plant medicine, and nutritional adjustments. He also leans on modern technologies like laboratory testing to stay grounded through the data.

Beyond the clinic…

Dr. Nik strives to spend as much time as he can in nature–finding great fulfillment when connecting with the natural world. He is a wildlife enthusiast, avid hiker, and loves a Winter day spent snowboarding. One of his absolute favorite forms of movement is ecstatic dance, which allows true self expression and total freedom of movement.

Dr. Nik is also an active spiritual leader (Shaikh) in the Sufi community, and a visioning circle founding member of the Sirat-i Inayat–an interfaith community of spiritual seekers and friends.
