After you have an appointment at PCNH, we bill your insurance plan. In general, many insurance companies process their portion of coverage within 30 to 40 days of our submitting your appointment insurance claim. After insurance payments are applied to your outstanding balance, we will send you a statement/invoice of any remaining balance of your patient responsibility.
