What Is a Healthy Circadian Rhythm?

A circadian rhythm is a natural, internal process that regulates our sleep-wake cycle and repeats every 24 hours. When we align our daily activities with our circadian rhythm, we support our overall health and well-being. However, working against this natural rhythm can have deleterious effects.
